A contest submission to Arwing Landing, got second place, waited for the contest to end before I uploaded it here. So, yeah. It's the Starfox team at Katina, on a reconnaisance (spelling?) mission. Didn't turn out half bad, except for the busy yet bland rocks.

I swear, after this and a bunch of more scribbles I have yet to upload, I'm going to be done with Star Fox art for a while. Kinda starting to wear me out.

EDIT: Whoops, accidentally uploaded the lineart. Fixed now.

I'm an idiot for not faving this before now! :doh:
The team drawn in the way they should be more like in the games. More 'real' mercenary-like.
Man, how many games Nintendo could have made with them if they actually exploited the possibilities of planet-hopping and jobs for them (kinda like in the Mario Galaxy-games, only more serious and realistic, with anthro characters of course...)

...Slippy as a Sniper. It's a very interesting idea... he's clumsy, and a poor pilot, but he's got great technical and mechanical skills... could those possibly translate into good aim?

It would definitely be nice to see Slippy actually be definitively GOOD for something in a real firefight.
